Trip to a Faraway Land (Safar Be Sarzamin-haye Dour)

  This animated movie which is based on, Manteq-ul-Tayr (The Conference of the Birds) by Attar,is the story of the conflict between good and evil in which the evil power takes a piece of land under its domain. Meanwhile, a group of people head to the Land of Light in order to destroy the evil power. They have a change of heart due to the hard times they go though and eventually,reach the highest point of humanity, (dignity of Simurgh).

    The annimation is about the occupation of Palestine terrirtories by the Israel Regime.It narrates a Palestinian kid who asks himself; “where is my home?” In his drawing book, he draws a house and writes down; “where is my home?” Then he makes it a fight against the Israeli forces and starts sticking his drawings on the city walls at night.
