Productions by the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) have achieved outstanding success at the 17th Ahmedabad International Film Festival (AIFF 2026) in India, with six works receiving award nominations across various categories of this prestigious event.

The documentary "Standing with the Wolf," part of the "Solitude" documentary series produced by IRIB's Channel One, has been nominated for Best Documentary Film at the 17th Ahmedabad International Film Festival (AIFF 2026) in India.

Through the efforts of IRIB Media Trade, the documentary "Pateh, An Intangible Heritage", produced by IRIB’s Yazd Center, has been awarded an Honorable Mention for Best Narration at the 2026 edition of The Archaeology Channel International Film Festival (TAC Festival) in the United States.

Cypress, White, Red (Original Tiltle: Sarv, Sepid, Sorkh) has recently premiered as the first dramatic series to depict the US-Israel War on Iran, distinguished by its innovative episodic structure and collaborative production involving multiple artistic institutions. Comprising 14 standalone episodes directed by 14 independent filmmakers, the series deliberately departs from conventional historical-war narratives and the traditional single-voice storytelling model. This bold creative choice reflects the producers' commitment to offering a fresh, multi-dimensional interpretation of a defining national event.
