This film, directed by Hadi Hejazi Far and produced by the Simafilm Center, has been prepared for public screening in Lebanon with the efforts of IRIB Media Trade.
"The Situation of Mehdi" won five awards at the 40th Fajr Film Festival, including Crystal Simorgh as the best film, and won the title of the best-selling film in the history of Iranian cinema. The leader of the revolution also praised this work.
The film "The Situation of Mehdi" tells the life story of martyr Mehdi Bakri and his relationship with his family, his presence on the battle fronts along with his brother martyr Hamid Bakri, the commander of the Ashura Corps in the war, and also his martyrdom in an artistic way.
