Baikal Festival will be held from September 19-23 in Irkutsk, Russia.
The documentary "Standing with the Wolf" deals with the real life of Mr. Jalali, who is a dedicated environmentalist and loyal to the country's environment. Mr. Jalali, while he still has many bullets from hunters' rifles in his body, has come to the conclusion that he should teach in schools because the education of generations is an effective weapon to preserve the environment.
